Introducing Skeleton Blast. The aim is to Shoot this creepy cowboy down before your time is up. Shoot the walking Skeleton from up to 3.5m away. Each stage becomes more difficult. Shoot him 3 times and one arm will blast off, shoot another 3 times to see his hat fly off, 3 more times and he will fall over. You only have 30 seconds to defeat him so you must be quick. A fun infra-red shooting game. Requires 4 x AAA batteries. For ages 3 years and over.

Read the instructions
This made us laugh and it was a hit with the 10 yo too. It feels cheap but he doesn't play with stuff long anyways.

Dont waste your money!
Rubbish! We have had 2 of these, it works fine for the first few go's, then the mechanism for the hat breaks meaning it won't play. Will not be replacing it a third time.

A bit boring.
This was on my son's Christmas list, and I wasn't convinced, but got it for him anyway. Premise of the game is to shoot the skeleton cowboy with the little red gun until he falls over - it does appear to be time limited (my son binned the instructions and box before I could actually read them!). The sensor is a bit poor at times depending on how far away you are/what angle you shoot the gun at. His arm pops off with enough shots, then his hat and then he falls over. He does almost 'walk' but it's more a shuffle from side to side and he makes a bit of a noise, appropriate 'ugh' and 'ah' noises when you shoot him. Once it's done once though, that's it - he doesn't move erratically, he doesn't do anything random, so you are literally just standing shooting a pretty much motionless skeleton over and over again. Depending on how much stamina and resilience to boredom your kids have it might be ok, but for mine it was a fad that lasted a go each. Since then he has been in my son's cupboard untouched. Considering the price that we paid I don't think it was worthwhile, we bought cheaper games at Christmas that are still played with more than this.
