Addis Rotary Airer Protective Cover, Waterproof in Black

The zip is a bit tricky as it is zips at the bottom up. Needed a bit of working it to loosen it.Great quality.

I wanted a replacement for the Addis 'leaf' cover but it is no longer made, so this seemed the next best thing.This version is much cheaper, but is of lesser quality fabric, but is still acceptable. It is longer than my previous cover and I didn't want it right down to the ground, so I cut off several inches from the top and double hemmed it using black thread, so it looks exactly the same...just shorter!The only real issue I have is that the zip is a pain because it closes the wrong way. It should zip upwards to open, and down to close. It is the other way, which makes it difficult to join the zip at the bottom and will likely fail at that point, in time.Addis...please reverse the zip, and consider bringing the leaf pattern back, with better quality fabric.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Cover is made from strong material and fits my rotary clothes line perfectly. Time will tell on its durability.

I was pleased that this cover fit my airer. I don't know what brand my airer is because it's so old but I thought this would do very well and it has. The top 3rd you have you slip over the top of your folded airer then at the very bottom, you join the two sides together at the zip and zip it up towards the top. The only problem I have with it it is the zipper pull is very small and flimsy and it's difficult to get the two sides together before zipping. Other than that it's perfect!

Reasonable quality, but as others have said it has a major design flaw - you have to join the two sides at the bottom to zip it up. Very fiddly! The zip should go down, not up - sort it Addis!

This is a very good quality item. The only problem for me is that it zips up from the bottom rather than down, which means I have to lift the washing line out of the ground to start the zip.

I thought this would be a cheap plastic temporary solution so was very surprised to find it looks good and very practical. The zip and cover is impressive and easy to fit. At the price of £4.99 its a bargain One small design flaw - it would be much better if the zip was the opposite way up as this would make it much easier to fit
