It fits.
This cover did fit my 2004 Titan. It is slightly shorter in width than the tailgate but still covers all the area that was important.

Not worth it. But the OEM part
Does not fit properly. I own 2 titans (2007 and 2008). Replaced the same piece on my 2007 with an OEM part and it snapped right in. This one i purchased for my 2008 and it is not the same size. Struggled to get it to even come close to snapping on and the clips broke. Tried to request a refund but says i have to pay $27 shipping for a part thats not even correct. False advertising, do not buy it. Cheap plastic

Not the best quality
Although the size was correct, every one of the plastic clips broke off while installing and it was slightly deformed so I had to attach with screws.

Great match to oem Part .worked out great, my customers were very pleased

Sides work well, rear not so much (for Frontier)
The side pieces were a very good fit for the bed, but the tailgate rear panel fits poorly, doesn't cover the previous trim holes, and was poorly molded to the shape of the tailgate. Am going to have to take it off, buy a new molding cap for the original piece of trim and reinstall that one instead, unfortunately.
