Lightweight, easy to fold, maneuverable. Some minor assembly required, but is very intuitive. Too early to tell how long it will last.

I bought this for one of my residents that I take care of and believe me it is fantastic. The handles fold down which makes it nice to put in the trunk of my car and the price was great. I went to a medical store here in town and their prices were outrageous. Thank you amazon for such great pricing.

It has been over 10 years since we had a family trip, so this summer I’ve decided to bring my mom and grandma somewhere close by and still able to enjoy getting away from the city. My grandma is 87, has dementia and has difficulty walking long distance. This wheel chair works great. Our trip is in two months but since this wheel chair arrived it has been easier on my mom. My mom no longer hesitates to take her out, no matter if it is to the park or shopping or just getting fresh air around the neighborhood. My grandma is clearly happier, I asked her how she likes it and she said she is very comfortable being pushed around instead of walking after us. The wheel chair is light in weight and also foldable, they live on the third floor and my grandma’s room is on the 4th floor, if my mom doesn’t have any issue with carrying up 4 flights of stairs daily then anyone can do it. It is very easy to travel with. It has a removable leg rest which is good for when we store it. My grandma is very petite and small, around 100lb or less and we push her around with ease. My sister is around 135lb and we used her as a guinea pig before we let grandma sit on it and pushing her was okay, but anyone bigger might have a difficult time. The seatbelt was a bit too long, but we used it to keep the chair close up during storage. We also put a beach umbrella on the handle of the chair and my grandma loved it. I plan to bring her to the beach this summer. The chair has a break on the two ends of the wheels but it doesn’t seem to stop it much so I do suggest keeping an eye on the person sitting on it. I also wished there is a back pocket on the back of the backrest, but we can live without it. The wheels are smooth and easy to glide around. I do realize that when my grandma tries to get off it, she has a harder time since the leg rest is not adjustable so it gets in the way a little bit. Over all I do like the wheel chair and my grandma and mom likes it too. It came with a tool to tighten the bolts, I like to keep it with the wheel chair at all times since the other buyers’ review states it breaks or have loose bolts easily. So far no loose bolt yet. The price is reasonable so I definitely recommend it. I look forward to a great summer with my family.

This chair is perfect substitute for a standard wheelchair which is too heavy for me to lift into the car truck. I have no problem folding it and lifting into the car. It is pretty sturdy and my 160 lb husband has no complaints. The footrest are a little high for him but we can live with that. All in all, we are very satisfied with this chair and would recommend it.

This is not for an obese person--it says 300 pound max. However, someone that heavy or even 250 makes it hard to maneuver. Yes it can withstand that kind of stress but it will be hard to use. This is a simple transport chair for someone like 150-200 pounds or less. It is excellent because it comes with no pieces to assemble and truly stores in the trunk of the car with ease (I drive a Nissan Sentra). You don't even have to remove the foot rests to store it in the trunk. For the morbidly obese you need to step up with a regular wheelchair. So if your loved one is not super obese get it.

Already together in the box! The swing away leg rest were easy to put on the chair. I ordered the blue and it is lightweight. Good buy. Now I can go out to appointments and shopping with my Caregiver. So grateful.
