Have ordered this several time, and love them. However it would be nice if they had higher D and magnesium. But I still use them everyday

Out of nowhere I developed extreme bruising. I get blood tests 4x or more a year and after I started taking this I was getting almost entire arm bruising - it looked like a dead arm. It happened after each blood test. I freaked out, had many tests for my body done and doc asked if I changed anything in my diet. I remembered I started this and he was like "that's it". I stopped taking it and no more bruising after blood tests.It's possible it's from the ginkgo in the product which can cause bruising.Bad experience, became unhealthier after I started taking it.

According to the label, high doses of everything & my wife said she can tell the difference in how she feels if she doesn't take it & has seen an increase in appetite which is good considering she is really slim and could use some extra weight

so far so good, will take this though out the summer and then say if i love it or not.

I'm 70 and take no prescription drugs. Do take several OTC vitamin supplements. Was advised that I should take a good multi vitamin to round out my regimen. After researching the different ones, decided on this as it gets into your system quicker being that it is liquid. Very tasty.
