Mmeh!
Not at all keen on this Space Heater!Unlike the very first reviewer, I did actually get a remote for it but even so I still dont like it.Once I turned the power on at the back of the heater I used the remote to turn the heat on...so far so good. turned the swivel action on...great used the remote to turn the heat up...that was OK...Went to turn it off with the remote...Nothing! It merely turned the heat down..Now considering that turning the heat up is a press on the remote for another 1 degree C...it took forever to turn it off, in fact I got fed up and unplugged the damned thing, and that is the way it will stay, unplugged that is!Yet another thing I disliked about this product was the lead....Black? I would definitely prefer a white lead as most home electrics have white leads.I did like the fact that it had a remote...If only the remote did as it was told !

Well Priced Ceramic Heater
Review for Space Heater, 1500W Ceramic Electric Air Heater Heat Up in Seconds with Programmable Timer, Indoor Personal Heater Fan with Over-Heat and Tilt Protection for Bathroom Bedroom Home Office.Having a fan heater as a backup is a good option due to the fact that they help heat up a room much more rapidly than fixed heating, portability means easily moving from one room to another. This heater provides 1500w heating element for quick and powerful heat up. The form factor is a slim tower which can rotate from side to side to better distribute heat around rooms or can be set to stationary. There are a number of safety features built in to make using the heater safe, a cut off should the heater tip over and an overheat protection.A seventy degree oscillation allows more efficient heat distribution around a room. This is good for using in the shed whilst working out there as at the moment I have no other source of heat. The heater comes with a mini remote control so you can do your bidding without even getting out of your armchair. Overall a good solution for heating up a room quickly which offers a high and lower heat setting very well priced.

Quickly heats up rooms - Modern and sleek
The media could not be loaded. I frequently use this heater in my bedroom, especially on these cold winter nights. My bedroom is quite large and this heater manages to warm up every corner in roughly 10 - 15 minutes on the highest temperature setting. You can choose between a wide range of temperatures and adjust to specific temperatures which you're most comfortable at. There are also 2 power settings which blow air out at different levels. The sound isn't too loud or annoying, it actually helps me get to sleep as it's a warm, rumbly soft sound and acts as great white noise xD.There's an 80° rotating feature which distributes heat more evenly and quicker. It rotates quite slowly which allows heat to travel in each direction more efficiently. Be aware that you shouldn't have any other objects in close proximity when it's rotating as it could be a fire hazard.I was also able to set a timer function up to 12 hours, this is especially useful in the night. For safety it has a simple tilt shut off mechanism, there is a small switch underneath the bottom plate which detects if the heater has tipped over, it immediately shuts off to prevent a fire hazard. I tested it numerous times and it works perfectly. The most convenient feature is the remote, I am so pleased they included one because it does everything for you and has all the options included on the heater, it's infrared so it works well from a distance as long as you have a clear line of sight.Overall this heater is really effective at heating in various modes and provides convenient features such as a timer, specific temperature settings and a remote. It has a sleek and modern design, also being easy to carry around due to it's lightweight structure and frame. I can't find any compromises for the price and it seems to be fair value for the money.

Super efficient, compact and easy
This is such a neat, smart little heater - only takes up a bit of space wherever you're using it, but wow, the heat output! Amazingly fast and very responsive too. It has a whizzy little remote so you can just adjust at your leisure, and a very handy timer feature too so you don't have to wait for the room to warm up.Obviously, most of us now have central heating but this is fantastic for areas where you don't need or have heating on all the time - we've used this in the conservatory, where I do my arty crafty stuff, and it was cosy warm in minutes. Yes of course it uses electricity but to heat a room without having to turn the entire system on is ultimately going to save money - this is so responsive, it was on for an hour then the room stayed warm for nearly 4 hours. It oscillates so you can get heat into every corner, and there is a fan to boost the heat output initially.I've knocked off half a star (although Amazon only let me take off a full one) as there are no instructions, although to be fair most of it is straightforward to work out. Oh and the remote, although very useful to have, is sometimes a bit iffy - frankly it's easier to just use the buttons on the front of the heater. But a lovely, efficient, neat little gadget and overall, I reckon quite a good buy for the money - particularly with the timer.

Amazing space heater
This heater is amazing! it has multiple modes and a thermostat mode which will keep a room at a certain temperatureAfter turning it on it takes a second to warm up and give off heat which is much better than oil filled radiators which take a while to heat up.The knock over function is great too if someone accidentally knocks the heater over so it does not set fire to anything. The swivel feature is helpful too because it helps distribute the heat all over the room instead of one line, helping warm up the room faster and more efficiently. It is a little larger than expected which is a good and bad thing, good because it gives out the same amount of heat for more surface area (so the heating element itself can be cooler and not smell like burning). It is also a bad thing because it may not fit in a very small room, but you wouldn't need a heater of this power for a small room.
