I had fallen in love with these duo clips a long time ago. I have super fine Asian hair and nothing can usually keep it in place. I had initially found these from a major brand and would pay about $6 for 6 of them. Unfortunately they no longer seem to be making them so I went searching for someone else that makes them. Found that Revlon makes them too and then found these. 50 for $8.99 was a killer deal (since I seem to take them off and lose them a lot). So I went with these ones. They did have a darker color for $1 more but I honestly don’t care what color they are as long as they work! The one thing I was skeptical about was they don’t have the little rubber dots/beads in the inside of the clip to help the grip better but I don’t seem to even notice a difference. I will say I usually use 2 for my hair to keep things from slipping out. Arrived quickly. I did notice some didn’t open as wide as my others but it was still wide enough to do my hair with. And really at 50 for $8.99 I’m okay with tossing a couple defective ones (if I come upon some).Will definitely buy these again once I lose these around the house!

These came to me, unsealed, loose, in a cardboard box! I was shocked! I thought they would come as shown on the site...all layed out in a row in something SEALED! I wouldn't put these in my hair...how do I know they weren't used? Just know what you're getting if you buy these. I returned mine, and do NOT recommend.

My usual concern with these kinds of clips is that the spring in them isn’t strong enough to hold my hair all day. These are strong enough! However the part of the clip that rests on the scalp is curved and by the end of the day it hurts my head. I won’t buy again because of this.

I received my order two days ago, 19 Sept 2020. I really like this type of hair clips because I have really fine and thin hair, hair clips don’t really stay on my hair, they tend to slide off. This type of hair clips really do stay on my hair. The way the hair clips were jammed in the box by the manufacturer was a bit concerning because it caused some of them to intertwine, which in turn bent some of them. I put some of the bent ones on to see how they felt and if they would still do the trick and they did. I recommend this type of hair clips for people with fine hair. They do tend to stay on.

Maybe these are just made for someone with a lot of thick hair, but for me they poke me. I don't know why the ends bend towards your head. There are three points on each one that I have to bend straight before I can use because otherwise they poke into my head. I like them a lot and my hair doesn't get caught in them, they could just be designed better so I didn't have to fix them before use.

For the cost, this is a great product. Durable, does what it is supposed to (clip hair in place), stays put. I really like this type of clip best and in the store I was finding them priced the same for only 9 clips! Only criticism I have is the bottom claws are a bit too curved and I have to bend them straighter before using or they dig into my scalp and cause a pressure bruise (learned the hard way first time using!) However it's super easy to bend the claws a little straighter and they are perfect after that! Definitely worth it!

Difficult when gluing down to a hair ornament or wig determining which side should be down on the head, but once you figure it out these actually hold pretty well. I would say these are really good for holding things down like victory rolls and updos on their own but they really aren’t good for fine hair.The prongs are just a little too far apart and too thin to hold straight fine or soft hair. If you do get these to make hair pieces with- like hair flowers- these were best with hair that has some curl or texture to it otherwise you want something that’s got shorter teeth.

As others have mentioned, some of the clips do not open properly but quite honestly, you get so many more that so work in comparison so I do. It mind that a few don’t work. It is a great price and the ones that do work are great. I use one on the back of my short hair when I have a pony tail on and want to hold up the hair completely and I’ve used them on the sides of my hair. I do have dark hair but not black and I do not mind the clips showing.

Work really well. My hair never stays up in normal grips. I just don’t need this many!

The clips are decent. My complaint is that they are curved so much that it’s difficult to put them in your hair. But they can be easily manipulated so that they are almost flat. Unfortunately they are all like that.

I bought some of the same ones from another company who was out of stock, so I purchased these thinking they would be the same. They do not hold your hair they do not stay in place. Do not waste your money on them.

They are a nice size. I haven’t used them yet
