I did a little research on reducing cellulite, enhancing circulation and I landed on these. Let me tell you, I was NOT expecting the results I got. (See picture) I did a medium suction on both legs in a circular motion for about 30-45 secs tops. I did not cup in single spots. My left leg showed nothing and my right thigh pulled a decent amount of stagnant blood. These are not bruises, they do not hurt (semi tender right after cupping but I didn’t have any purple coloring until about 30mins after.) I did not even notice the color until my husband pointed it out once he got home. I was dumbfounded and started to press my leg. Again, I felt nothing. Went straight to the information pamphlet that comes with these (should have read that first 😅) and came to found a lot of helpful information regarding different cupping marks like I received. Long story short, these work fantastic. I’ve been doing it on and off once each session heals and I pull less and less from the right leg. The coloring went away within a couple days, no pain, just purple. Again, not a hickey or bruise. Highly recommend for previous injuries to pull and release toxins!

Instantaneous release of pain. I like the detailed instructions that came with the cups. The quality is very good, good suction, easy to release. I will probably get another set for my parents.

I bought a hard plastic cupping set first to help with my tight neck and traps, but it was difficult to keep the smallest cup on and bothersome to use the pump each time if fell off. My therapist was trying out this new silicone set. They felt GREAT! Gliding the cups over the skin and muscles felt more effective than the others. So I bought this set and love it! I took the smallest one with me to use on a trip and on the plane for my neck. A little lotion, a small cup on my neck hidden behind my hair while my neighbor slept, perfect! I can use all of the cups well except the largest one. it requires 2 hands (for an average female), to get good suction; you will need help to get it on the backside of your body. They nest inside each other making them compact. They're easy to clean, and because they're easy to use, you'll find you use the more often. Great product.

I haven't had a lot of success using this product. The suction is easily lost. For what I'm supposed to be using it for, it's challenging for me. But the cups are well constructed.

Edited with an afterthought: If you are considering buying colored ones, my massage therapist encourages using the clear ones instead. It is so you can better monitor what is happening to the area of skin suctioned into the cup. She also said don't bother with getting super expensive cups. It's unnecessary.Original review:It does what it says it does. I recommend researching how to get the most benefit from these. But I have Fibromyalgia and arthritis. This is something I can do to relieve trigger point pain. And it's easy for my hubby to help place them where I cannot reach. This pain-relieving method has twice already kept me from calling off work!I rated the suction a 4 not because it doesn't work. But I've benefited from a massage therapist who used the stronger ones. I can tell a difference between the one the 'pros' use and these. BUT, with my hand strength, I give it a 5-star rating. Maybe one day I will be able to test the Pro version. But I am really happy with this product!

Je l' avais essayé chez une amie. J' ai voulu me le procurer. Je ne l' ai pas encore utilisé. Mais ça semble bien pour dénouer des noeuds surtout dans le dos. Faut seulement qu' une autre personne prenne le temps de nous aider, pas évident de le faire seule dans le dos.

Love these! It takes a lil while to get used to the suction of each size & how to move them on certain areas of the body but after some practise I really enjoy this as a home treatment for pain & tight muscles.

These work surprisingly well for the price. I have been using them every day on my stomach with coconut oil. I glide them across my stomach and it gives a wicked massage type feeling.
