What you see is what you get. Rack is plenty big enough for me, but I'm a bachelor with a dog, but I could see how if you're a family of 5 with big dishes and etc you may want a larger rack (who doesn't appreciate a big rack?!) But this fits my space perfectly.When I call customer service I want to be assisted by a resident of the United States. There are too many Americans out of work and looking for jobs for us to be sending jobs overseas! The more people working in the US the more sales Amazon will make so it would be a win win. I want Amazon to reinstate the option to be transferred to a US based CS rep. Everyone who calls Amazon should demand a US based CS rep and call back until you get one.

So convenient!
This collapsible drying rack is so amazing! We live full time in our RV and the counter space is almost nonexistent. This allows me to have a drying rack for my dishes, but something I can also put away when not in use. It feels really durable and I'm so glad I bought it.

Compact works
I’m very pleased with the color and how it takes up very little space. Was using a material mat but it was always wet which I don’t like so …. Back to good ol days🤷🏼♀️👍🏼

Clunky
I like the concept of compact however the bottom tray doesn't fit correctly and very hard to open and close. Ok if looking for compact and don't plan on using daily.

Keeps everything around the sink tidy and organized and when I have company over, I collapse it and put it under the sink. Awesome!

Arrived with tray broken. Plastic very brittle - not durable. Basket not functional.

This is a very small dish rack and it can be folded and stored. I like it. It is not for a big family. It just holds a few things. Very convenient for storage.
