Q: Are the colour beautiful as pictures? Is it easy to chip?

The the colours are as beautiful as the pictures, and yes it is delicate china, so you ned to be carefull when washing, unfortunately I'm too heavy-handed so wasn't ideal buy for me but they was beautiful while they lasted :)

Q: are they microwave safe

They are advertised as microwave proof, but aren’t actually. If you read through the reviews it mentions that the dishes get incredibly hot in the microwave (have to use oven mitts to take them out even after a small amount of time) and warp while your food remains cold.
