who knows if this will actually help, but I'm going to give it a shot. I have a health condition that makes it difficult for me to exercise, so I'm hoping this will help me tone up my stomach just a bit- I'm not looking for miracles, just a less floppy belly. But I have to say- izzit that hard to include a piece of paper with directions for the item you're selling? I found one mode on this thing that I thought was really making my muscles jump, and now I can't find it again. And it took me a whole week to even figure out that there were different modes! Until I found that particular mode, it just seemed like this thing just veered between a massager or a really painful acupuncture treatment. Also, there wasn't a huge price difference between this and the other models on offer, so I suppose it doesn't make a huge difference, but the little side bits on this one don't really seem to do much, maybe just help it hold on a little bit better? The only action I can detect happening on 'the big piece' is going on directly above and below the controller. It seems to me you could do just as well using only the two 'arms straps' on the areas you want to work on. The belt that helps hold the unit onto your body is a nice touch- I know the other ones don't include that. But it is a bit small, as if it is only meant for skinny folk. I'm not super fat, just a little chubby, and I can barely get it around my waist.

Got it in 5days, great delivery process, abs part didnt stick to me, neither did the bicep ones, tried replacing the sticky gel parts but they just didnt want to stick either, the right side of one of the bicep ones went out after 20mins of use, one of the bicep ones didnt work at all unless u forcefully hold the remote down hard, all it all trash, also does not come with the chargeable remotes, or LED screans like in the pictures

This product as is as advertised! It has 6 different modes depending on what part of the body you want to workout! It is a great self improvement tool, for yourself esteem and bodybuilding needs! Massages your different parts of your body and you can set the intensity of the workout from 1 to 9. You control the entire workout with this product. The body part, also the intenticy, of the workout! What more could you ask for?

After the first use, it didn’t stick very well and it sort of burned because the gel pads did not cover the whole thing. But the first time use is great. Everything after, not so much

Haven't used this yet, would love to infact. But I didn't receive the gel pads .

The product was doing the job, I was seeing improves in my muscles but after a week the pads didn't stick at all and after a month the stimulators they don't turn on when remote control is turned on, you have to turn them on individually, therefore you can't assign an specific exercise to that stimulator, it will do a default exercise. Also the manual doesn't instruct anything like the correct way to put them, what exercise is recommended for x muscle, etc. Next time will try another brand/kind. Couple of months later the ab stimulator works fine but 1 of the 3 other stimulators pad doesn't recognize any of the stimulators.

The media could not be loaded.  I have arthritis, and I am no longer able to exercise like I used to. So, I bought this to try it out and see if it can help maintain muscle tone. It was low priced enough that if it didn't help I wouldn't be out much. Honestly, I had pretty low expectations, but after first use I am amazed. I used the big pad for 20 minutes on my abs and 20 minutes on my lower back and the smaller pads on my worst pain areas such as hips and shoulders for 10 minutes each. I now have less arthritis pain even after an hour and a half plus taking a brisk 20 minute walk. I can really feel the muscle contractions. The fact that I get two arms and one ab set along with the controllers is a great advantage, as I can exercise all the areas at once. It is also a big plus being rechargeable via USB means no batteries. The product is well worth the price. It works well, doesn't just tone muscles but also has massage and acupuncture setting. Well pleased with it.

Only 1 of the 3 units work. Frustrating to order anything and receive an already defective part before i can even try to use it. I guess most everything is cheaply made anymore. The one unit that is working is pretty cool, i do not expect it will continue to work for very long considering the other 2 units in the box did mot work when received.
