PRiMO Specialty Foods Preserves, Blackberry Serrano, 10 oz

Nice flavor and a bit of spice at the end. Hoping for a little more zing but this is good.

A friend of mine served this years ago in tiny little portions atop a very small piece of super-sharp cheddar. I've been thinking about that hors dourve for YEARS and finally decided to make it at home (because the 'make' part, takes all of 3 minutes to slice the cheese and top with this jam) and decided to order the jam. yes it was expensive, but it was 100% worth it. The jam has been used for parties we've hosted in the past 6 months (that's how long it lasted in my house before we ran out), and never went bad. I just bought another one to get ready for the holiday-party-hosting season.

The jelly is flavorful and nice mix of sweet with a "follow-up" of peppery. I served it with edamame hummus and crackers and people were dipping just the crackers in the jelly! My sister especially loved it

This Jam is amazing. If you like a little bit of heat-and-sweet, do give this a try. Very high quality, full of blackberries. I love to pop a croissant in oven and then slather this jam on it...just too good. Also customer service is incredible. I recommend their products overall first-rate company!

I love this stuff. It's more on the mild side and great with crackers and my homemade sausage. Will be buying more. I had recently bought 3 jars before this one and one was not sealed good and leaking and one other was only finger tight.so I contacted Primo and they sent me replacement jars. So five plus more stars for super customer service.

I feel bad giving it just two stars because that is unique to my personal tastes and what pleases me. I do not like spicy-hot things. If you do like that, I believe this combination will be a five star item for you.

Very tasty preserves, but not quite as many seeds as I'm used to getting in a preserves. The peppers bring a nice depth of flavor to it though.

This is the best tasting jam not to spicy and not to sweet ,great taste
