We purchased these bracelets in Philippians 4:13..."I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength". Our daughter Britny, who was disabled, had just passed away and this was her life verse! Thanks to this company for making such an excellent product. They are MUCH NICER than ANY OTHERS I have seen!!!

Not too tight, nor is it too loose. About 3/4 of an inch in space when you pinch it together.
