Does what it is supposed to do - functions in it's ECU driven role.
Fixed a friend's car.... Trouble codes indicated a whole host of problems, and the VVT solenoid was the most likely culprit. Price for this part was right. OEM Toyota/Lexus replacement part now appears to be made in china, so selected this china made item for it's overall reviews vs. price. Literally you get both vvt solenoids (bank 1 and bank 2) for less than half the price of a name brand replacement. Time will tell if this is the right choice. In the interim, I have cleaned and saved as a spare the original, since usually with the sludge issues these engines have, the part's problems are usually related to that. This part, combined with an oxygen sensor replacement and a bottle of premium fuel injector cleaner have fixed a problem that had a repair shop's $1500 estimate to fix. It was all done for under $120 in parts and materials, requiring under an hour of labor. Wow.

This resolved the P1354 VVT Malfunction on my 2002 Sienna
Installing this resolved the P1354 VVT Malfunction on my 2002 Sienna. My failed valve was on bank 2 which was very easy to replace. I chose not to install the other valve at this time so I have a spare ready if needed.My Sienna is now running better since I replaced this oil control valve.

Pretty good quality.
Fixed my issue. I disconnected the battery before I installed them and reconnected with the new solenoids. They seemed to be a pretty good quality part but time will tell.
