The mirror is great however it has a massive flaw. The transformer for the shaver socket is permanently fed and as such makes a loud buzzing noise all the time. Also when the light is turned on the Bluetooth module plays a tune and a connection ping. Unfortunately, due to my bathroom fitter’s family having to self isolate and Xmas holidays, my bathroom was completed a month late.When the mirror was installed we noticed part of the protective film had been peeled back a little in one corner. A tiny crack which is only visible from certain angles was found.I suspect that this mirror had been returned previously and the company hadn’t noticed this.I would like to exchange the mirror for an identical model but have been refused due to the 30 day warranty having passed.I feel that this is slightly unfair considering we are in the middle of a pandemic!

Really happy with the mirror and arrived prompltly. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it arrived damaged - bulge in side of metal casing on the back. We managed to push the bulge back in but were left with a dent mark - it had obviously had a knock during transit. Our bathroom fitter was here on the day and due to where the mirror was being placed, the dent is not visible. However, I would have obviously preferred to have a undamaged mirror on delivery!

Purchased this mirror to replace a mirrored cabinet in a refurbished en suite. I wanted the shaver socket feature so I could lose the socket in the wall. Didn't really appreciate how far out from the wall the mirror would be, yes not as much as the cabinet it replaced but easily about half. Had to enlarge screw holes in rear frame to provide some rotation to fix it plumb upright. Love the hands free light operation. Hate how I forget I've left the light & demister on all night! Shaver socket not secured in flimsy frame very well.

Love the mirror and blootooth! Was looking at mirrored cabinets and to be honest, I kind of regret not getting it. But love the speaker, great sound quality
