I didn't find one of the door hanger metal pieces and emailed Inogih Inc. Their quick response says so much about their company. They emailed me back the very next day. I was so pleased. I then found the metal piece underneath all of the packaging and let them know. The product doesn't work for me, as my door is near the sliding closet door. The door doesn't open fully. So, I am going to attach the straps to the sliding closet door. That will probably do the trick. I have a very small house...... and lots of purses...... This product will help me open up more space.

Great deal for awesome organizer

Good product but the hooks that go over the door aren’t sturdy enough. They bend when you add all of the purses/bags to it. I was able to make it work but it will likely fall at some point and I’ll have to find different hooks to hold it up.

The media could not be loaded. I always had issues with where to store my reusable shopping bags and some of my bulkier backpacks in my small apartment. The shopping bags were all over the place and I had a different over the door organizer that just wasn’t cutting it because it caused damage to my door. However this product had such a simple and adjustable design and it was SO sturdy while causing NO damage! My backpacks are of heavier quality and I was afraid the strap wasn’t going to be able to handle it but it did great! The shopping bags are no longer a mess and flying around everywhere.I can not believe how such a simple product has improved my home organization and my stress levels!!

There’s no instructions on how to put it up and I’m still not sure I halve it up right

Do not waste your money if you have quality handbags. This will not support the weight of them.It isn’t sturdy and it’s cheaply made they’ve include a paper clip to secure the tension strap. A paper clip. Made to secure paper. Not fabric and leather.Even the top latch for over the door is flimsy and bends as easily has that paper clip.I’m very disappointed as it didn’t last 5 full minutes before it completely fell to the floor.Maybe it’s meant to hold paper handbags.I don’t know.I do not recommend this item.

I used these to put my loungefly in an accessible place that also looks nice. I didn't have trouble with installation, but be aware you'll need a stool or ladder to put the hooks over the door. The most frustrating part is adjusting the straps to the length of your door, but once you figure it out it's not so bad. I definitely would buy this product again if I needed more hangers!

Easy to assemble and install. Great for all size purses or jackets/hats or anything you want to hang.

I installed these behind the door of our storage room for my expensive bags. They are extremely easy to install despite some reviewers saying that they sent them back because "there were no instructions." First of all, you really don't need instructions. Secondly, if you are stumped- there ARE instructions; both a photo and video in the description photos on the Amazon page. Regardless, these are literally a no brainer. You can easily adjust where you want the hooks to be and then secure the clip below them to keep them in place. If the hooks are twisted, simply roll them back around to the front. Also, the hooks that secure to the top and bottom of the door are thin enough not to be obtrusive when you close the door, but they're still sturdy. A great idea and well designed. I will buy more for other storage.

Super einfach anzubringen, platzsparend und man hat einen besseren Überblick.

Not only could I hang my bags up, I also could hang my sandals up! Brilliant design, doesn't make a noise when the door moves! I've had others but this one is perfect in every way. Because the hooks are metal it's more durable than my last few. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Cuando recibí el producto parecia que los metales estaban puestos al revés, así que me tomé a la tarea de reacomodarlos y ya por fin pude colgarlos como se muestra en la imagen. Pensaba que no iba a poder con el peso de las bolsas pero ya colgué mis 20 bolsas en la puerta y me agrada que se ver en orden y cuando me tomo fotos de mis outfil salen como fondo bien acomodadas. Me ha servido para que mi clóset no esté tan saturado.
