My son likes this a lot, but it is so lightweight, I'm not sure I'd call it a sweatshirt. More like a shirt.

Just what I was looking for. Note that this is NOT a sweatshirt, it's more like a long sleeve "performance fabric" lightweight shirt. It is Super Soft as the title suggests. The medium fits perfectly.

This jersey is very lightweight but well made. Perfect for Southern California weather.
