ACME Vintage Solid Spoon, Stainless Steel

I was looking for a high quality stainless steel spoon with a wooden handle and found this one buried somewhere way back on one of Amazon's distant search result pages. It amazes me why this is not higher up and more popular because it is an excellent quality (and beautiful) spoon for the price. Large, strong, gorgeous, and perfectly suited to any task you might need a spoon of this size for.

The spoon is well made, but larger than expected. However, I know this spoon is just waiting for the right situation.

The front of the soon is indeed flat enabling you to scrape the bottom of the pot easily. Also it is rather long handled. I love it!

I was surprised by how big this spoon is--larger than any other serving spoon I've ever owned! It's very well made, and there's elegance in its simple design. I can't be sure from looking at it, but based on the weight & balance, it seems like the metal extends all the way through the handle, so it won't break easily. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes overly large cutlery and/or has very hungry friends!

Excellent build quality. It’s sturdy and gorgeous. This is a large spoon that has served me well for cooking in my camp dutch oven when camping. I purchased this while looking for something that could take high heat without melting and be long enough to keep my hands distanced from the heat. It has held up outstandingly so far and I highly recommend it.

Good quality.Huge. More of a catering size, my fault for not thoroughly reading the description. I honestly was looking to use this as an ice cream scoop. It is sturdy enough, just much too large.

Excellent quality construct, is something I can pass on to my family, but is really big
