I gave my daughter one for her deck for privacy from a business that shares a parking lot. It also breaks the snow from blowing onto her deck.Mine is a lot more exposed to country living at high elevation and exceptional winds. It is used for privacy from the hot tub. It has been in the fiercest wind, rain and snow elements from 40 below to 105 and still holding up. I have had to reinforce some of the grommets now and then, but that's nothing compared to the hell it has been through. They have not faded much either. Considering they have been up for over 6 years (I believe), it is a darn good product and I recommend it.

As a 65-year-old retiree with a budding home improvement addiction, I'm always on the lookout for a good product at a good price, especially if said product is easy to use. I bought this screen for my balcony, and I have to say, I'm enchanted with the results! So easy to install, yet it looks so classy! Listen, if I can install this, anyone can. I've read reviews that complained about size, but if you read the description carefully, you'll know what to expect. My balcony rail is low, so the 30" height was just right. It might be too short for more standard balconies. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to buy this product again!

looks pretty nice on my balcony. could have used zip ties rather than the rope to tie it to the railing. i went out and bought some. also i cut it to fit exact on the railing and used a propane torch to curl ends and prevent unraveling which was very easy with this material. the materials kind of like whats used on a patio umbrella (mesh like).

Works great.We have used this two summers now.We take it down and put away for the winter to protect from snow damage.

This is a fabulous and quality product. My two deck screens arrived quickly, way before due date, packaged securely. I had been looking for a screen for my small deck and was about to give up and buy vinyl lattice (which I had no way of trimming) when I found this product. I was delighted the measurements were actually the correct size for my deck railing and there were two options for installation. I am a 70 year old woman and I do all my own handy work so I wanted it to be simple with very few tools involved. I had to order two since one was just about 50 inches too short. I just measured, marked, cut and sewed the raw edge with a zig zag stitch. Super simple; glue probably would have worked but I like sewing things. I am so delighted how it turned out. My little deck looks so much better now and I am proud of it. AND, the tacks they included are remarkable!!! I used the tacks but they also sent rope which I can just save for another project.

We have had this for over a year on our balcony on the second floor of our apartment for privacy year round in the missouri elements and it has been amazing with basically no wear and tear or fading from sun exposure. Ours came with the zip ties and none have busted or broke. I highly recommend this to have privacy and reduce wind. Its cost effective yet doors the job and not tacky looking.

The item looks good both up close and from a distance when looking up at the deck it is on. Color is well represented on the site and true to life. Super easy installation. We used zip ties which we purchased from a local store so the ties would be less visible since the railing is dark brown. Gives ample privacy, lets breeze through, and doesn't get overly hot.
