I bought this specific replacement battery because one of the photos had the Dell logo on it. What I received did not. Feeling somewhat deceived about that. The battery also won't charge above 80% unless I repeatedly plug and unplug the power cord. Not sure if that's the battery or something else, but it's pretty frustrating. Otherwise, the battery is certainly doing its job, and I've been able to run my laptop without the power cord for several hours at a time.

It last almost three hours, which is really good, but never show me 100% battery chage

Turns out my battery wasn't the problem . It was the charger and the firmware on the laptop that were incorrectly saying that they battery was defective.

You say one year warranty? Failed at 3 months - What is your procedure for warranty replacement?

Perfect fit for my Dell XPS 15!

1) Product that arrived was not as pictured in the product description (see attached photo of what arrived, installed in the XPS14).2) Size tolerances are not up to par - VERY TIGHT FIT to install into the notebook (I've been working on notebooks for 20+ years and this is one of the worst aftermarket fit and finishes I've ever seen).

It works but will not stay charged very long. 30-45 minutes at the best when using the XPS laptop.
