The product seems to be old and dry.
The pack is so dry and it seems to b old....unable to apply it on my face...infact I am also unable to take it out from the tube...being the branded and expensive product...I never expected this.I have ordered and used this product earlier also and never had this problem.oping for a positive response. I would request you to kindly refund my money or send me the fresh product for which I will not be paying. Hoping for a positive response from Amazon. Thanks and Regards.

Recived a fake and damaged product
The cap was damaged and the consistency of cream was too very liquify. Very poor product. Pls also get me a refund.
