Product works as expected, But....One of the Capacitors was devoid of OIL. It rattled like a maraca. The other one fired up perfectly. I have ordered another set as backup. I will see if they are both good when they arrive. Probably was not filled at the factory. QA should have found it. Things happen. I will update score if others come in good.
