The textbook started fall apart after 2 weeks despite being listed as very good like new condition. Amazons customer service and the seller were no help. The seller refused to respond to my questions, and directed me to Amazon customer service, but Amazon customer service told me to talk to the seller.

The quality of the binding is terrible.

I have experienced difficulty getting instructions where to return my rental which is causing them to force a buyout which I do not want and think is very unfair.

Not well written. One of the best examples of where a picture is worth a thousand words because the authors spend many more than that and a few diagrams here or there would have gone so far in explaining what they often fail to do. Also like to play the fun game of telling you want the law is not for a while just to make it that much more confusing when they shorthand their way through the actual explanation of current law. Not a good text book.
