Disguise88124K Mal Isle Of The Lost Deluxe Costume, Medium (7-8)

I have seen a lot of reviews complaining about the quality of the costume material. To be clear, it is costume quality. I am unclear what others may have expected; however, I feel I got exactly what I paid for, a costume for trick or treating. We have washed and dried it once on delicate because the school party was fun and messy and it held up fine. She wears it occasionally for dress up play and it is still holding out. Again, this is not Disney quality costumes so if that is what you are shopping for you will be dissapointed and will need to spend significantly more money to get what you are looking for. But if you are looking for a costumey costume this will do the trick (or treat).

My daughter wears a 7/8 in bottoms and a 10/12 in top. This costume fits my daughter great! The jacket and the pants are a nice fit. The shirt though looks like it might be a little tight. My daughter doesn't think it's tight, but she won't be able to wear the top very long...just the jacket and pants. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase, as my daughter is very happy. Not to mention, this was the only costume I found with the green heart on the back of the jacket!

My 7 year old loves this costume. She usually wears a 6, but I purchased the 7/8 because most costumes run small. This is a little big on her, making me think these run pretty true to size. My only disappointment is the zipper on the jacket. The manufacturers took the time to put a zipper on it, but left it nonfunctional. Instead, they included Velcro to open and close. Not sure why they wouldn't just have the zipper working.

I bought this for my 10 year-old granddaughter for Halloween! She and I both loved it! She is very small for her age (she wears a size 7-8 jean for example), so the 7-8 size fit her perfectly. It has a real zipper and was sturdy enough for her to attend two Halloween parties in. It's still in great shape so, who knows, her 8 year old sister might wear it next year.

My 7 year old daughter wore this costume for Halloween. She absolutely loved it. I bought the Mal wig separately and it made the costume complete. I wish the flap by the neck was sturdier but other than that it was a great purchase!

i would give 5 stars but the material is super thin. it gets cold here on halloween so it will definitely have to have a pair of thermal underwear under it so my daughter does not freeze.

The image (which makes the costume look like at least like pleather) does not look like the actual costume. It is 100% polyester. My daughter says they feel like pajamas (which makes her happy). Me, not so much. The zipper does not really exist and the the jacket is held together with Velcro and there is not even the actual zipper ..just the zipper tracks that do not actually connect.All in all it is your basic cheesy over priced Halloween costume but I am giving it 3 stars because my 7 year old is thrilled and at the end of the day that is all that matters 🤗

Super cute! It's pretty normal quality for the price. In fact, it's actually better quality than I expected. It does run small. Knowing that, I bought a 7/8 for my average-sized 5 year old, and it fits perfectly! So excited for her to wear this Mal costume to match me as Maleficent!

A little disappointed that the material was flimsy and cheap!
