Great solution to the hard water problem that plagues any device.It's a cheap, simple and cost effective solution to the limescale deposit problem. I had purchased a complete replacement in the past and decided to 'risk' a few quid on the transducer disks. Well blow me down, a 2 minute fix to put in the disk and everything working fine. They even supply the key to unlock and lock the transducer disc.Thank you so much. You turned a sceptic into a fan.

The media could not be loaded. Item did not work despite advised compatibility. Bought from another vendor and my flame effect is now restored so no fault with the fire. I was unable to return the product due to you having to tear the packet to get to the discs, like a battery packet, which then renders you unable to return the package as it was recieved, in line with returns policy. So stuck with a defective item. Seller did not respond to my communications.

bought to replace disk in fire .. did it ok but the key is a waste of time , usless key dunt even fit better off using a flat knife or something ...disks seen fine .

Only recently replaced transducer and smoke affect stopped again. Bought this multi pack and it’s working again …. How long for ? Well that’s the question ! Nothing but trouble these optimyst fires !

Brought to repair my original Dimplex transducer which kept stopping after 30 minutes. I thought that the disc might have failed and brought this as a replacement. It didn't work but I suspect that the electronics might have been faulty in the original transducer. I brought a genuine Dimplex transducer as a replacement. Will keep the discs for when the replacement fails (as expected every 12 months)!

My fire had stopped producing the flame effect so after a bit of research, and discovering the spare part under the warranty wouldn’t arrive until after Christmas, I thought I’d give these a try. They didn’t cost very much so it was worth a shot. Lo and behold, arrived the next day, super easy to install and my fire looks beautiful again.

Habe schon 2 mal bestellt und jedes mal sind nur 2 Stück anstelle 4 Stück Membran in der Verpackung,alles zurück geschickt.Denn angeboten werden 4 Stück und auf der Verpackung steht auf 4 Pcs.Amazon sollte das mal überprüfen !!
