I have been taking Resveratrol for about 5 months and feel it makes a difference in my skin and likely in many ways that are harder (or impossible) to see or feel. In doing my own research as to bioavailability I was drawn to Resvida (patented) because it has been studied. According to the research and theory behind this formulation, it is significantly more bioavailable thereby possibly making it more effective. Compared with other brands, this one is an excellent price point and the Earth Harmony appears to be transparent and responsible. Using a patented formulation gives me some assurance that the quality is consistent with the intention of the researchers who developed it. Highly recommend this brand.

This product helps the immune system, helps with oxygen absorbtion. It does seem to think the blood so be careful with aspirin and such.

I like this is the active form of resveratrol, and well-priced compared to others. Definitely a nightly need for the older generation as an aid for anti-aging. I will buy again.

I need to take fewer capsules!!!

This is being taken for hormone balance with a severe mast cell activation syndrome and an allergy to progesterone which causes a huge histamine release with all the consequences that arise from it.resVida is the only form I would use. It's the only form that was used in studies for women with PoTS. It's the purest form on the market.Finding the right dose was key and 400 mg per day works. It took about two weeks to get it fully working. So this product even though it's a little less than 400 mg it works great. Like a miracle! Keeps the hormones balanced and the histamine problem more tolerable since regular antihistamines cause depression in my case. I use 100mg quercetin with it as needed.I don't know why fulvic acid was added and I'm a little concerned about long term use of that. I would prefer it without any added ingredients and it would be nice to have a 100mg option as well.Having said all of that, I love the product and very grateful that it's affordable! It's been a life saver!
