The Chicken and mushroom sausages are a wonderful mix of flavoring! The mushrooms add a lively taste with the chicken. The seasoning is a wonderful mix of flavors without being hot spicy. The bite into the sausages has a snap and immediately has a great mouth feel! I was pleased to find a chicken and apple sausage too! The mushroom being savory and the apple being more sweet

All of the Bilinski sausages are tasty and good. If you have issues with salt be sure to read the sodium content and eat accordingly. They are a delicious addition to my food plan.

I love mushrooms and these were great! I recommend putting them in a pasta sauce and putting over noodles! They are good quality, healthy, and worth the price!

Had high hopes for these sausages because with the wild mushrooms in them they sounded delicious. But actually, they are just sort of mediocre.These are an extruded meat sausage which are not my favorite type of sausage in the first place. I like the real ground meat sausage with the crumbly bits of turkey or chicken or pork meat in them.But with the extruded sausage there is something the extrusion of the meat does that gives it an unfortunate texture -- like a hit dog instead of a sausage -- hit dogs are an example of extruded meat.I have found one brand -- not this brand -- of the extruded sausage which is actually pretty good.But this Bilinski's sausage is what I would call merely okay, passable, but mediocre..
