Tank leaks
This is my second one from this seller. These are opened as if they were demonstrated. The tank on both that I purchased leaks at the bulkhead.

Do not buy this leaking tank sprayer. Worst purchase ever made of a Milwaukee product!
Purchased a sprayer from an Amazon affiliate and upon first use the tank leaked directly out of the never before opened box! Not only did Amazon and the Amazon seller not help me but when I called Milwaukee they also would not help me! So I went and bought a new tank from one of the big box stores, and that tank leaked also new out of the box, just like all the other reviewers said in their review of this sprayer. Although I love Milwaukee tools I’m glad I did not purchase this first because if I had I would never have purchased anything else from Milwaukee due to their customer service and how unprofessionally built this unit is! Buy a FlowZone Typhoon 2.5 instead, I got one and it works flawlessly, the Milwaukee got shot since that’s the best use I could find for it!

Excellent Sprayer
I very apprehensive about spending the money on this due to the reviews. I sprayed 6 tanks through this sprayer. I have a 5.0 battery. I did not experience any leaks, the attached photo is the amount of product left in tank.Pro: 6 tanks used 1/2 of a 5.0 battery, no leaks, less than a cup of product left in tank, on setting 5 the spray will reach about 20 feet, very well made harness/shoulder straps.Cons: it is heavy-4 gallons of product plus the weight of the sprayer=heavy. If you are concerned about weight or have bad knees/back this may not be for you.I am happy with my purchase. I wish I had this before now. A 4 gallon backpack sprayer is half of this $ but this works so much better due to a consistent spray stream.

New. Defective tank out of box but no warranty!
Sold as new and appeared new in package. Leaked directly through tank bottom through obvious manufacturing defect in plastic. Not detectable until partially filled. See pic. Not usable. Can’t have poison running down my back. (Have come to learn same problem with units all about nation.)Though new Milwaukee would not warranty insisting NO Amazon dealer is an authorized vendor. I had presented to Dallas Milwaukee Service Ctr well within warranty period and discussed with all three front personnel inc manager w my recpt in hand. They sent me away without recourse.I really did appreciate Vera Tools, w some delay, backing their sale by accepting return even after 1 mo from sale. I really had NO OPTION left. Vera authorized full refund.Seems that Milwaukee may be running two sale channels, ie 'authorized' and all the rest! Buyer beware! Seller seemed totally in dark by Milwaukee's position. So 1 star for product with really poor quality control but 5 for seller backing their sale.

It did arrive with a leak.
It did have a small leak when it arrived. Easy to fix with a splash of pvc cement around the internal fitting. The fitting can’t be removed but it wasn’t hard to seal up. It was just a drip. The rig is very comfortable to wear. I would buy another.

Game changer for me
I definitely didn't realize how much I would love this. I've never had a back pack sprayer just those 1-2gallon pump every 30sec jugs. It's so spoiling to just hold the trigger and spray. I didn't realize how tiring it was to have to stop and pump, stop and pump. It has the capability to spray way more weed killer than you can spray at walking pace. I had it on the second lowest setting and it was more than powerful enough. If you have long fence lines to spray, jump on a 4wheeler and hold down the trigger this thing will keep up.

Dead on arrival
I was really looking forward to using this sprayer. Even though I read a lot of bad reviews on this product, I'm heavily invested in the Milwaukee ecosystem and have always had good experiences with their products. On first us, I filled the tank with water and and started to adjust the straps. Within a minute, water began pooling on the tailgate of my truck. After a little investigation, I found that the tank fitting was cracked. Very disappointing. I cannot recommend until Milwaukee gets their act together and comes out with a new model with the design flaws fixed.

Leaks like crazy
*********Everything everyone else said. It leaked bad, can’t get out the last gallon. But worst for me is that you can’t really spot spray with it. All my other brand battery powered sprayers you can just squeeze the handle/leaver to spray and it will instantly spray, this one has to spin a motor on the base a few times to get enough pressure built up for it to spray some product, so by the time this one has spun the base and built up pressure to spray your holding down the sprayer handle like 3 or 4 times longer just to spray a weed, then when it does spray it SPRAYS, so you way over spray if your just trying to spot spray weeds. But if your only using for a constant spray and not needing to spot spray weeds (specially need to be careful with a “round up” spray so it dosnt over spray into the grass or your shoes/boots.
