Thought I would try a different brand of magnesium, this seemed like a good buy being a little cheaper. To start with you have to take three for a dose also the good stuff stops my restless leg this doesn't do the job at all.

These were my fourth purchase of magnesium glycinate as I have been trying to find a very potent and effective one. I did not notice any changes when taking these. It seems like they didn't do anything. However, there was no negative side effects. The other brands I purchased seemed to work a little better than these.

Muy Desafortunadamente ni siquiera puedo decir si el producto es bueno o NO, cuando lo compré no contaba con que la cápsula fuera TAN ENORME !, yo tomo varios suplementos y nunca e tenido problema para poder tomar cápsulas o pastillas grandes, pero ESTA definitivamente NO estaba grande, estaba ENORME ! y NO lo avisan entonces ahorita NO SÉ QUE HACER porque la compre porque sé que LA NECESITO pero desconozco si la puedo ABRIR y tomarme solo el polvo sin la cápsula, si alguien sabe les agradecería mucho si me avisa, muchas gracias de antemano, Bendiciones

I’ve only been taking this product for a short time, but so far I’m very pleased with it. I have a hard time swallowing pills, but these are no problem at all. Have already noticed less leg cramps. And best of all, my PCP knows I’m taking them and apparently approves!!

I bought this to try and eliminate nocturnal leg cramps. It seems to work. Not all cramps are gone, but they are not nearly as severe.

This magnesium has helped me sleep much better. I have pain in my hips that was keeping me from resting at night, but this has made a huge difference. My husband also has nerve pain and issues with sleep where he never gets a full night's sleep, but he is getting more restful sleep now. That is worth it's weight in gold.

I am very satisfied with the magnesium I ordered. Not only for the benefits but easy to swallow pills. I take magnesium for my leg twitches and this works great for me.
