I was hoping I could get the Neff oven lamp cover off by hand. It was well and truly stuck.I was reluctant to buy this as it will only be used every few years. However, it took a few seconds to get the cover off using it.Worked out the cost of a new cover would be a lot more than this.Excellent product.

The extractor tool does not fitted fully over the the light bulb cover.It therefore would slip when the extractor is turned.Does not do the job and it’s a waste of time and money.

I struggled for days with this until I saw a tip on these reviews. Spray the rim of the bulb cover with WD 40, then leave for 45 minutes. Turn the oven on for a few minutes on a very low heat. This loosens the grease around the thread of the bulb holder. Secure and twist the plastic tool in anti clockwise direction. This worked for me.

Product arrived quickly but would not turn without slipping. With the addition of double sided tape on the inside it worked fine. Maybe I had a 'stubborn' bulb cover but I am not sure this item would have done the job on it's own. That said, I would have struggled without it. Overall, happy with it's utility and value for money.

After months of trying other ways of removing the glass cover in the oven, I thought I might as well give this cheap as chips tool a try. Worked like a dream and so simple to use. Thank you.

Recently I tried to replace a blown oven light, but couldn't undo it. Saw this tool on Amazon and thought that as it shaped, it would be a doddle. After first warming the oven and leaving to cool off, to release any trapped grease, used the tool which immediately spun off. It is as much use as chocolate fireguard. Used a pair of big grips and a cloth in the end and it undun straight away. Don't waste your time and money with this.

It works!We tried everything to get the cover off the blown bulb in our oven. Buy this, save your sanity and just get it done. We spent at least 3 months trying to do this with our hands, getting annoyed and ignoring the problem. It took a minute to unscrew the cover using this.

...., dass es dieses Tool gibt, hätte ich mir einige Flüche sparen können.Nach etlichen Jahren war mal wieder die Backofenlampe hin. Vom letzten Mal hatte ich keine guten Erinnerungen und leider auch nicht, wie es mir letzten Endes gelungen war damals die Abdeckung loszubekommen.Dieses Mal das Gleiche, keine Chance, weder mit vorher warm machen noch sonst irgend etwas. Und das, obwohl ich seinerzeit die Glasabdeckung - meines Erachtens - nicht ganz festgezogen hatte.Gesehen, bestellt und was soll ich sagen? Sofort lose das Teil. Dachte erst, ich habe etwas kaputt gemacht :-))Also, einmal kaufen und nie wieder über die dämlichen Backofenlampenabdeckungen ärgern. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bei unserem Backoffen bekomme ich die Glaskuppel nicht ab um die Glühbirne auszutauschen.Daher habe ich mir diesen Helfer bestellt womit es leichter sein sollte.Jedoch drehte das Teil jedesmal durch wenn ich dran gedreht habe. Das Plastik ist für den EInsatzzweck zu weich, da die Kerben der Glaskuppel nicht richtig gepackt werden konnten durch das Teil.

Das ist DIE Lösung wenn sich die Glasabdeckung der Backofenlampe nicht mehr lösen lässt. Alle Hausmittel haben versagt, dann dieses Teil gekauft und "o Wunder": zerstörungsfrei gelöst!
