While the snowball shooter guns work great, the refill "snowballs" are not the same exact size as those that come with the gun. This causes a problem when kids "load" the gun. Otherwise, both grandsons love the snowball fights they can have in the living room! The Hallmark store owner who actually sent this item plus the shooter guns was extremely kind and helpful.
