They are high quality and provide one of the most complete sets of nutrients of all the brands that I have used. They are not too sweet nor too sour. They taste great and easy to swallow. Since I been taking these I been feeling great and having more energy.

These taste pretty good. After taste is tart, but not bad! Don’t smell them, vitamins rarely smell good lol. My only complaint is that you have to take 6 gummies per day. Six.Update: I’ve reordered these several times. They are now my go to for multivitamin, and have my husband ordering his own as well. These taste great (a little like those old Flintstone vitamins minus the chalk feel lol). The gummy texture is comparable to swedish fish, but softer.I'm really amazed at how decent the make up is. It can be a struggle to find a vitamin that actually meets needs across the board and still tastes like candy.I do wish the company listed the "natural flavors" though, as somebody with a strawberry allergy. It doesn't seem to have closed up my throat yet, so I'm guessing it doesn't have the chemicals I react to, but I kept my EpiPen close at hand the first few days and still pay attention for any throat tingling. "Natural flavors" are a complete gamble with my life if I'm not careful, and I'm glad this one got the pass, but PLEASE for the love of sanity among people with odd allergies, list what the flavors are from. 🤦 I just want to take vitamins without gagging on a horse pill, ya know?
