You need to research Ceyleon Cinnamon before you buy it. This is not like traditional cinnamon. It isn't as strong in flavor or smell. Ceyleon Cinnamon is the ONLY cinnamon that is safe, medicinal & beneficial for the body. Regular cinnamon is not good for you. If you want the "cinnamon" taste or smell. You need to research & make the decision yourself.

Good clean tasting cinnamon sticks great for chewing befor a meal or inplace of a low caloric snack .

These have no smell and are stale and I can't even return them! Very disappointed!
