I've been taking this suppliment for three days now. I haven't weighed myself yet, so I'm not sure about the weight loss capabilities, but I have noticed my energy in the afternoon is sky high rather than having to take a nap. I used to crash pretty hard after meals, and I've noticed a definite change. My theory is that my blood sugar isn't spiking and then crashing after meals as it usually does. If that is the only positive effect I gain from this product- I'll happily buy it again.

As a mom of two littles (ages 1 and 3), those last 10 pounds have been problem. That and my love of all things carbs: pasta, bread, potatoes, cupcakes, you know all that good stuff. It's time for a change and while I have always had success with low carb diets, I've been reading about carb blockers and thought it couldn't hurt to try and see how it goes. What I like about these: they are totally safe with no side effects, all natural, and aren't super huge. I have problems with swallowing pills. These are normal sized capsules filled with white powder and they're fairly thin. They don't have any of the gross smells that some supplements have. I will continue trying to eat a bit healthier but with my on-the-go busy lifestyle, I know that it won't be perfect. I'm really anxious to see if these do the trick. So far so good!Cons: Feel free to comment and I will edit this part out, but I'm looking at my package and it's totally different than the one in the picture from my order history (which is where I'm leaving my review). The white bottle with cool purple and teal design is from a company called Natureganics. The one I'm holding in my hand is from another company called Dynamic nutrition. I'll be contacting Amazon to see if this was a mistake of if the company rebranded.

These pills are large capsules but they are still easy to swallow and there isn't an unpleasant aftertaste. Be sure and follow the directions to lessen any potential side effects, including taking each capsule with a full glass of water 30 minutes before a meal. If I didn't eat within 30 minutes, I started to feel nauseated, but that passed when I started to eat.I would recommend only taking them when you are planning a high-carb meal to get the most benefits. They didn't seem to do much after eating a lower carb meal, like vegetables and salad.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest opinion.
