Great use for cooking bacon in oven. Simply spray some cooking oil on pan, load up the tray with bacon, and cook for 24-28 minutes, depending on how you like your bacon. Does a great job, bacon is not curled, but comes out flat, all grease is in bottom of pan. Clean up is easy if you sprayed it first. Great value, and I use it often!

I love Nordic Ware oven pad! I’ve used it numerous times (not just for bacon). I also use it for oven roasted vegetables and baked fish filets. I always line the bottom tray with foil for easiest cleanup. I NEVER put it in the dishwasher….no need because it cleans up very easy. For bacon I used it at 400 degrees (the highest recommended setting). It has never warped and hasn’t discolored at all. Oven baked bacon IS THE BEST!!!!!

It is a beautifully made pan. Worked great for roasting vegetables and re-heating pizza.

Bacon tray was easy to use and clean. Easy grease clean up. I only wish it was bigger in order to cook more bacon at one time. Unfortunately it is not a simple solution to use two pans at once since the current pan is a little over half a shelf width in my standard size oven.

Spray the grill part so it doesn't stick. Line the pan with foil. We cook our bacon on this in a steam oven. It is so good and the pan catches a load of grease that might otherwise hang on the meat.

This is a good pan to cook bacon and other items that generate a lot of grease. But be careful - the coating on the rack is a bit soft and easy to scratch. But will be definately buy another one to keep for use on the gas grill!!

I like the sturdiness of this product. It was easy to clean and has held up well. I put foil in the bottom of the pan when making bacon for easier clean-up.
