Low output LED. It is most definitely not for an amateur to install . No there are no instructions other than what wire to where. The part that is left out is you can NOT put the nut back on without removing the bumper!!!!! The wiring is another story. Black to ground piece of cake, white to tail light,easy once the bumper and tail lights are off! Red to brake light..... well not so fast, if you wire it in your turn signal will not work correctly one side or the other. All in all you can use them as additional taillights after a few hours of work. And one, the more thing the "snap in" side of it is so loose you will need some double sided tape to hold it in.I would most definitely not do it again. It is NOT worth the labor.
