ColumbiaMen's Silver Ridge Convertible Pant

I took a pair of these with me backpacking to Vietnam and the Balkans last year, and they were excellent. They are comfortable, easy to wash, quick to dry, lightweight, and the zip pocket is great for storing valuables such as your wallet or passport. Coupled with some quick-dry underwear (Ex-Officio or other comparable brand) and shirts, you are an unstoppable force of nature. The fit is not too tight, but is not super loose either. Also, the belt that comes with it is ACE. Have had the pair for over a year and seem to be going strong.

I’ve worn these on trips to India and South Africa, and they don’t disappoint. Easy to pack, no wrinkles. The fabric is lightweight, but I find it’s perfect in warm climates (and they convert to shorts). I recommend these for travel and hiking, fishing, etc.

Mesh pockets breakdown and wallet falls down leg after a few times wearing

Tested this out in the maine wilderness with all the deer flies and bugs. The pants held up so well on the hikes. Handles cold and warm weather well, super adjustable and kept the bugs away too. I'm a new fan of Colombia after having tried their bora bora hat and now these pants

I liked them so much this is my second pair, but in a different color. There is a good size hole in the front pocket though. Put them on and when I put my keys in my pocket they fell straight to the ground 🙄. I ordered a 32 length and they fit like a 34, not a big deal for me. Others have mentioned the same issue so... It's true.

Love these. Got a few. True to size, very comfy and light but keep in mind it's not cotton. Convertible feature is what makes them particularly convenient for any situation and weather. Great for travel between different climates.

Zippers broke on crotch on my 4 pants,I like pants but zippers should be better quality
