Great products@ the best prices!
It does seem to be helping me, as I thought. But in all fairness, I do take other supplements too. However; Per the label (as pictured above) Only 1 capsule is 500mg. Also; I’ve been using a few other Bestvite supplements for about 3 yrs now. I like this brand because of the vegetarian capsule, and no magnesium Stearate, titanium dioxide (a heavy metal) or other harmful additives. That’s why I trust this brand. Anytime I want to try a new supplement, I check to see if Bestvite carries it first. Not only are the conscientious about their ingredients, but they are very affordable. I plan to be their customer for a long time to come.

I don't know yet if it is doing anything, but I can confirm it is indeed 500 mg per capsule, and there are 120 capsules in a bottle.

Must take 3 pills to get 500mg
It's cheap for a reason. You have to take 3 pills to get 500mg. Always read the label.
