Great slimming and shaping. I'm a size 12 and bought an XL. Super smooth and tight. I have a lot of back and side rolls with a belly. It works really well. The only issue I have are the stiches, I heard it ripping when I first put it on. I'm buying another tho. I like the fact it makes you sweat.

Ladies! This is such a game changer! I was so skeptical of the purchase at first. Being 5'5 and 165 pounds and incredibly busty (bra size 36F) its hard to find things that fit. I purchased this with the intent of using it for special occasions. Not only did this hide my mid belly, love handles and back roll from being so busty, it helped push the girls up! I was so impressed that I wore it to work for a full day to show my friends who too were impressed. I was able to wear this for a full 8 hours without any discomfort. The thong part doesnt bother me, but it may bother someone who is not used to wearing thongs. But what a steal! Purchased a large and plan on getting another as a backup.

The fabric and everything seemed sturdy and nice, but the item itself is so small and constricting that I was not able to get it fully on, and I had to have my husband help me get it off again! I ordered the same size I typically wear in shapewear.

This bodyshaper is high quality. I am 5'1 and 155 lbs and thought that size large would be too small, but it hugs my already beautiful curves just right. Please be aware that getting it on can be quite difficult though. I thought that this wouldn't go up past my hips, but it stretches enough that it did. Putting it over my head is awkward because I am busty as well. I wanted something to smooth out my abdomen area without flattening my butt for certain dresses that I use and this bodyshaper did just that. It looks very natural and doesn't look exaggerated. It doesn't cause extra rolls to be created like some bodyshapers do. I am in love with this. It improves my posture as well.

The sizing is accurate. The problem is with the width of the material that covers your private part. It is so narrow it will split your parts the way a thong splits your behind. Don’t do it to yourself. I will be returning, I bought two. Sooo.... disappointed.

I’m 5’5 165 and it recommended I get a large but I got an XL just in case. It does run true to size but I loved it! I probably could have stuck with the large and been fine but I was more comfortable in the XL. Has great control where I needed it (armpit area/back bra fat/tummy) but did make me sweat a little (great for everyday use because it’s helping lose the water weight). Wasn’t excessive enough to see under my dress at the Christmas party though! Loved that the back was a thong!
