My New Canyon Pine Christmas Tree
The ordering process was simple and was delivered on time as scheduled. I love that about ordering on Amazon! I was able to put the tree together myself and it ended up being much easier than I had anticipated. All I had to do was put the 3 sections together, plug it in and it's all lite up and ready to decorate. No more paying $150. every year for a tree. Perfect in all respects .. very satisfied..
awesome tree .. very satisfied.. multiple branch varieties was a surprise(first 3 pix)... takes a bit of work to "fluff" it up (last 3 pix) once fully fluffed it will look great.. Assembly super simple (less than 5 minutes) just slip the three pieces into base and plug cord in to wall socket ...done.... multi function lights and remote work great.. base is lightweight but sturdy...

It's okay, but...
The tree is okay. It looks nice, but because it's so symmetrical, it's easy to tell it's artificial. My two biggest complaints-1. The lights don't stay lit on the top two sections. Anytime someone touches the tree, the lights go out. Aside from taking the tree apart and trying to reconnect it, we've tried everything. 2. The top of the tree is not strong enough to hold our star. Flops right over.For the price, I'm underwhelmed.

I did order a clear led lights tree, and the tree I got is a smart clear lights. I am to disappoint with this

We ordered this and it was evident it was a return to Amazon. The box was taped poorly and when we opened it, there was no stand or directions in the box. In looking to see if maybe we could just have a stand shipped to us, Fraser offers 3 different phone numbers to call and I did call all 3 of them. One was for Frigidaire products, one was for Honeywell and the third was for Dish TV. If you are going to offer support, at least have it related to your products.

Beautiful! Slim but not skinny.
I was on the hunt for a slim 9’ tree that wasn’t too skinny. This is absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. Looks great decorated. After 20+ years of buying a fresh tree, I am a faux tree convert!
