It appears that the temporary, outer plastic tamper-proof film must have been overheated during the manufacturing process because it is permanently sealed to the product container. It was impossible to open, so I am returning it for a refund. My questions are where were the quality control people to prevent this happening and how many of these unopenable containers are being sold on the market?
