This is exactly what I was hoping for. Real authentic American made olive oil. It has that beautiful estate olive flavor rich in antioxidants. It’s very hard to trust the authenticity of olive oil from other countries.

I put a bottle in the adult kids xmas stockings and have had rave reviews!!

I used this for salad dressing without a packaged "good seasons" seasoning instead opting for a self-made dressing combination of BSSSS/oil (bitter,sweet,salt,spice,sour) that I love using a basic olive oil. The bottle arrived sealed, but not labeled. The seller was fantastic dealing with the problem and I opted to keep the bottle and try it instead of doing a return/replace with no guarantee of a label on the return shipment. The next day the cost of the oil was credited back to my card even though I told him not to refund the money. 3 days later I opened the oil and tasted it before making my dressing and was very unimpressed. I was expecting a slightly peppery flavor highlighted by cold pressing, extra virgin, yada, yada, yada. I can only guess that the flat (actually nonexistent) taste was because it was well past its "best used by" date and did not merit a label. Well, so much for the COOC, Non-GMO hype!

This product was harvested in 2017. That was not in the description. This is a reflexion on the seller not necessarily the product.

This is a mild, almost flavorless oil with an overpowering pepperiness. I know that is considered desirable, but in this oil, it is a distraction, especially since the oil las no "olive" taste to accompany it.I will not buy this again.
