Can't say enough good things about these bulbs. We needed to control our four back porch lights independently from the switch since we needed to install a fan on the same switch. These light bulbs did that perfectly. The sync to the app went seamlessly for all four bulbs. We grouped them so they all adjust the same. The bulbs have far more flexibility than I imagined, color and brightness. The bulbs remember the last setting and can be turned off or on using the app.

After living in my home for five years, the bulbs in my track lighting finally burned out. I replaced with these smart bulbs and honestly wish I had done it sooner. Linking them to my Google home was a snap. Just be aware you need to install directly through the Google Home app if you plan to use with your Google device. I went all the way through setting up with the C by GE app before realizing I needed to unlink and redo through Google directly. Other than that, it took 90 seconds to get each bulb up and running. The ability to adjust warmth and brightness is wonderful, and gives the kitchen a high-end lighting feel without having to rewire and install dimmers. Also love that I can adjust the set of bulbs of each one individually.

You have to install the GE App, which is bunk! After going through that, it was successful. Works with GE app. But Alexa CAN NOT find the bulbs. That's 90 minutes and 10 bucks that I will never get back! Not worth my trouble to return them.UPDATE! I actually do like the looks of the bulbs. I just wish that I could get Alexa to work with them. I will keep trying and report if and when I do.

Have a number of smart devices and experience with setting them up. First, these lights correctly set up, but then wouldn't respond in any way to instructions in Google Home. Then I did a factory reset (having to do the incantation for an older firmware), and now they'll appear as available to be set up, but setup won't advance past that. They just don't work!

The media could not be loaded. Honestly, I was a little skeptical about this purchase since it is a little expensive for a lightbulb...However, I am very very very happy with this purchase and product! Super easy to use and works perfectly as described. Insert light bulb, download app, turn on light bulb, choose your color. Awesome product and highly recommend for anyone looking to add a little something different to your home, office, etc. etc.

I purchased these light bulbs mostly because you can change the color temperature. That feature works great but the light bulbs themselves just aren’t that bright. I wish they threw light more to the sides as well as straight down. I use the Cync switches with these which are a great alternative to hard wiring a new switch on your wall. Overall the setup is easy and I like the product I just wish they were brighter.

My wife is extremely particular about light bulb hue. If she decided to change paint or a fabric in a room, I would have to start all over. I had a huge variety of bulbs of incandescent, fluorescent, and LED of different temperatures to deal with the issue.Finally tried C by GE, and everyone is happier as a result. What a relief to change the hue with my phone until she smiles rather swapping bulbs in and out until her displeasure with the color is minimized.Thank you GE!

These light bulbs require additional GE Wifi Cync hardwares (hub or switch) to work with voice assistant like Alexa. The newer versions does not need more hardware.
