Surprisingly good tool.
Could not believe how easy this was to use. Tried it out straight away, no water just dry, and managed to clear nearly all my back with only very small areas to finish off. Very impressed and surprised.

Broken on arrival.
Unit arrived broken, packaging was perfect, followed instruction book provided, shirt off ready to use, came apart straight away. Went back and checked the box and there was a broken bit in there, so, I’m guessing, whoever packed it was a little heavy handed as a result I am unable to use, but I can advise you guys not to bother wasting your money like I have.
