-awesome customer service. i needed to get the jacket faster for my international trip and they ensured me to get my jacket way before the amazon estimated date.- on size, i got broad shoulders but the M size fits me perfectly.- on warmth, it's very warm. i was at a mountain with strong winds at around -20C, and i felt fine.only downside is that the front pockets are not behind the down feathers so your hands could get cold.

Alright. Can you get warmer jackets than this one? Of course! The reason I purchased and ended up keeping it because of the warmth and look this jacket.I was lucky enough to get this before one of the coldest night in Colorado. I believe -8 with a wind chill much lower. I gotta say after a walk around downtown Denver in the early morning taking some photos I actually got hot. Luckily it has a venting zipper.To me the combination of looks and warmth are enough to justify the cost.I have no doubt that this jacket will keep you warm in the arctic!
