The Songs of Bacharach & David Piano, Vocal and Guitar Chords

I am learning piano. the material presented is not overly complicated but yet presents a challenge at my skill level. they are all songs I am familiar with. the songs were performed over the years by various artists all in different keys than what is presented in the book so keep that in mind. but I am happy with my purchase.

For example on page 14 the song has C chord with diagram, fine, then next to it Csus, with the same chord diagram for the C then on page 15, the C7sus has C7 diagram.

Very well done, correct chord names and guitar chord diagrams. I wish it were in a spiral binder.

Love these tunes, and nice piano arrangements.

I'm really enjoying this songbook. I've had other sheet music for some of these songs, but those were too simple. These are just at the right level (intermediate) that I can play some of them right away, while others are presenting just the right amount of challenge to learn.

If you like these songs..... this songbook has it all. !

I love the content of the book but it arrived with perfume spilled all over the bottoms half of it.:/ It smells of cologne or something and the book was basically soaked in the bottom.:/

As expected, words and music. Intermediated level. Great song collection.

Some pleasure in it. But not much of a sense of accomplishment. Good for a singalong I guess

This is exactly what I was seeking - a book of the best of Hal David and Burt Bacharach music with guitar chords and symbols.

A great collection of some classics from the 60's and forward by two of the best American songwriters of the post-war period.Often disparaged as mere 'easy listening' these are brilliant songs whish you can play time and again for pleasure.
