Purchased this system from Amazon and it arrived as scheduled. Everything packaged well. The first system I ordered was not as advertised. I was able to realize it before shipment. I emailed Zosi. They responded quickly and apologized and gave me a $40 discount off of the system I wanted. So far I have Tested all the cameras before installation and they all seem to work well. Shows a clear picture even st night its good. I was able to set date and time easily. The system has been running for about an hour now. So far its working fine. I will update as I continue to learn the system. That's the reason for 4 stars. so far no complaintsUPDATE*** been working with the system and found a defect in the IR on one of the bullet cameras. Hopefully Zosi can clear this up with an adjustment of IR or new camera. I'm not aware of any adjustments on IR. See picture. You can see the difference in the pic and the darkness of the IR compared to the one I have right next to it. Cameras 2 & 4 are showing the same area dropped the rating depending on the outcome. UPDATE 12/24/19 Zosi immediately reached out to me through email and sent me a whole new camera. Still haven't installed on house but have system running in the house. I think this is an excellent system and will recommend it. Camera and system is working great. Thanks Zosi

My home was broken into in December 2019. I did have a home alarm system which entailed motion sensors, but none at that time was installed in the bedrooms at the back of my home. Wished I had done some research or even been advised that it should have been installed in the rooms at the back since most thieves enter from the back of your home. Anyway, a couple items were stolen, but It could have been much worse. Also, on that day of the break in, the police asked neighbours on my street who had cameras, to allow them to view their video footage. I was just thinking that my neighbours probably felt inconvenienced and regret since they purchase their system for their security and now they are somewhat forced to share it with everyone on the street.So, I bought this camera system to create an extra level of security. The system came in quick time. I helped my brother do the camera installation lol. We took 2 half days to install 7 of the 8 cameras. He really tried to hide the wires within the soffit. I'm not too technology-savvy so I did use the free product support feature. The Zosi Representative, Ms Emma, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to complete the setup on my phone and television in about 10 minutes. I like that you can get alerts if there is movement on your property. Maybe the more expensive products would have more features, but I think this system delivers just what you'll want a great system to do. I'm so happy I bought this combination of dome and bullet type cameras since the dome shaped camera could be manipulated and is more versatile as far as the angle of the views are concerned. The bullet type can only be moved up or down. I'm really happy with this purchase

This product was quite expensive. And for that price I expected the resolution to be crystal clear and it’s not. It’s only clear in the very immediate surroundings but anything farther than 15 feet and it’s grainy. Especially at night.

I bought 2 in this product. It works great, I love the app and how user friendly it is.

NOT A GOOD SYSTEMVery sad that I wasted my money with this system the camera works when it wants and go into thinking mode regularly which can possibly be dangerous for you/family I have good internet that has never given me a problem it cost $800 for some one to install save yourself some money and pass this one by

We got our cameras yesterday and put them up in our office building and today we bought two more another one for the office and one to replace our old camera system at home. They work great and easy.

I am giving this product a 3-star review because 3 of the 8 cameras stopped working less than a month after installation. While I personally do not have any problem with the quality of the camera's video, it was genuinely disheartening and disappointing when 3 of them stopped working so soon after they were installed as such I do not believe it was value for my money.

bought to install at a friends house, system constantly changes back to Military time... and fast forwards the clock up to 12 hours every time we reset the clock BACK to proper time.. kinda annoying
