I have tried many keto bars and these are the best. The lemon flavor is just right.

I tried the 4-flavor box; 1) lemon bar flavor barely there and probably from an oil, not fresh tasting at all. 2) chocolate definitely has salty flavor, not much of any chocolate flavor 3) peanut butter also not strong flavor and salty 4) almond cookie has VERY strong almond flavor. All in all, I would not buy this brand again. I much prefer Julian Bakery's Espresso bars but they constantly run out of ingredients and it takes them several months to restock. So, today my go-to is the Bulletproof brand; I like the shortbread and the chocolate - haven't tried the others because they are out-of-stock. These are good warmed up as well; wish they made organic bars and dropped the 'natural flavors' chemical cocktail.

...I actually liked this bar quite a bit. I had always wanted to try these bars but the reviews were off putting. However, I saw a sale and decided to buy one to try out, and this is what I found:-The texture is unexpected. The bar is light and very dry, and like some other reviewers described: Chalky. That's really the only word I can think of to describe it, though even then it's not quite a good description.-The flavor is good, very lightly sweet with a touch of salt. The flavors that come through the most for me is sunflower seed and coconut.In the end, I actually really enjoyed this bar despite the odd texture, which was great with a cup of coffee. While chewing, I was reminded of eating granola or trail mix (yet strangely enough, not like eating a granola bar)...and I half wondered if I couldn't crumble the bar up and put some vanilla almond milk over the top without it getting too soggy. I might actually try it!Yes, I will buy them again. I think this bar isn't for everyone due to the texture, but IMO, buy one and give it a try.

I love these bars. I'm vegan keto and I've been eating them for years. The Chocolate is the best flavor BY FAR. It's difficult to get 9 grams of protein in 210 calories without using protein powder but this bar delivers. Great for on the go or for hiking.I would give this 5 stars but:-this flavor was revised and it used to be 10g of protein for 210 calories. Now it's 9.-every once in a while the company doesn't ship to Amazon to try to get you to buy through their website. The price on their site is much higher, they take forever to ship, and when I inquired about it through their e-mail they couldn't have been ruder. Now I refuse to buy from them directly and I encourage you to do the same thing.

Great healthy product. I normally love coconut. This was very strange tasting.

I like that these are very mild and non offensive in flavor. Have multiple needs in the family including - no hard nuts, low carb, natural, no sugar alcohols. This bar hits them all and still tastes good! If the flavor isn't strong enough for you, dip it in peanut butter. Or melted chocolate. Or maple syrup even! I love that the ingredients are clean and healthy!

When boxed, they ship fine, but when Amazon shipped this singly in a bag, 8/12 bars are smashed into granules. When I search "damaged," I'm told by Amazon: Return or Replace, and when I click that, I'm told this item can't be returned. Well, duh, and how about replacing them, shipped in a BOX. I can't eat these while driving in the car, as they are now reduced to pellets. And Amazon won't let me contact them, so I'm forced to try to get action by writing a bad review. These are not cheap, and I don't eat them at home, but now I need a bowl to eat them.Dang Bars are my new favorite snacks to keep in my purse and the car. They don't melt and aren't greasy. Light but enough to curb hunger, and feel good to my digestive system. Good flavor, and not messy. Thanks for making some flavors without peanuts!

Couldn't leave the house. Caused horrendous bloating gas attacks.Cannot eat these. I wanted to like them.All I can say is..dang!!
