These are excellent storage jars. They keep things fresh longer than any plasticware.
These are excellent storage jars. They keep things fresh longer than any plasticware. My only gripe is that they are too small. But I keep things like mushrooms and onions in them for many weeks at a time, with NO BROWNING or rot on them. I thought that was an impossibility previously, but these jars are excellent for prolonging oft rotting foods from doing so. Great option in the kitchen.
