Fist of all, I'm definitely a chocolate snob. I've spent my whole life eating chocolate *everything*, and people who know me have defaulted to chocolate as gifts for years.I recently became vegan, then learned about the ethical issues involved in growing cocoa itself (for anyone interested, I'd recommend looking up the Food Empowerment Project). Learning that the two vegan chocolates I did enjoy didn't meet my ethical standards was definitely disappointing, and I worried I'd have to give up one of my favorite foods.However, trying these Raaka bars changed my mind completely. They're just the right amount of sweet, melt perfectly in my mouth, and overall were such a fantastic experience that they're now going to be my go-to gift to other people. The oat milk with maple syrup, especially, is one I'll be ordering a lot of for myself in the future!The chocolate is definitely expensive enough so as to make it a "treat" (as other reviews have mentioned, the bars are pretty small!), but I'm very happy to eat higher-quality chocolate less often since it's so much better for the growers, the planet, and my taste buds.I'd definitely recommend, and I personally plan on ordering a lot more chocolate from Raaka in the future :-)

Love this chocolate! It is just the right amount of sweet, the texture is smooth, and it has delicious flavor!

These chocolates are a good option for those looking for dairy free, dark chocolate bars. They came in this cute little box (pictured). The chocolate bars themselves are on the smaller side (overall) and are also thinner than I expected. I'd say they're about 2/3 the size of your average chocolate bar.They're also definitely dark chocolate. I knew that going into it, but was expecting them to have more of a milky-like flavor since the cacao percentage isn't that high for any of them, and there are nut milks in at least 2 of them. Alas, they're more like dark chocolate bars than vegan/alternative milk chocolate bars, which is what I wanted.Overall, I recommend these if you're looking for a dairy free, dark chocolate bar assortment. However, you could find similar bars at your average supermarket or health food store, likely for much cheaper.

These are really good for a Vegan candy bar! Wanted to check it out more so I bought these and it was well worth it! Would recommend to others!

My son and daughter in law were so appreciative of the candy and were overwhelmed with the delicious taste of it. It was intended for a treat but I think they consumed it quite readily and with appreciation.

Perfect gift for someone that likes to eat a little bit of chocolate as a treat. It is something to be savored as a treat to yourself or for someone special (deserving of good things). I tell people not to mix and match flavors. One at a time!

Its not bad. You have to love very dark chocolate.
